Photographs, logos, illustrations or text can be scanned at resolutionsfrom 100 to 4800 dots-per-inch (dpi). The true optical resolution of 300x 600 dpi is electronically enhanced in hardware to 600 x 600 dpi and throughsoftware to 4800 dpi.
