If you are unsure what version you have, insertyour Scan Tools disk into the floppy drive. The name of the disk will containthe version number. Important: You may experience SCSI I.D. error messages using the2.0 versions of the single-pass drivers with a 600 II SP, 800 II SP,800 SP or TwainScan II SP scanner. You will need to update toversion 3.1. If you purchased your scanner on or after 18 October 1996, you are eligiblefor a free upgrade from Wordlinx to Xerox Text Bridge Classic OCR software.See Document # 7030 for Upgrade Policiesand Procedures. This upgrade is only available on CD-ROM. When contacting our CustomerService Department by phone, please have your scanner model when requestingScan Tools disks.
