F/B Scanner DialogBox :

The F/B Scanner dialog box (Twain Driver)is where you set up your scanner and perform the scanning and enhancementfunctions. Setting up the scanner involves adjusting the image size, scanmode, and scanning resolution.

Procedures

• Batch Scanning : Aneasy way to scan multiple parts of your document using different scan modesand resolutions. Each scan region becomes a separate image file.
• Enhancing Images :Tonal Adjustment commands can be adjusted to improve the quality of succeedingscans and thereby optimize your scanner output.
• Prescanning an Image: A Prescan is a quick low-resolution scan of the entire original image.The only purpose of Prescanning is to allow you to set the Crop Frame.
• Setting the Image Size: Use the Crop Frame in the Preview Window to outline the image area thatyou wish to scan.
